Manage an Installed App
The Installed Solutions page displays all of the apps you have installed to your workspace. From here you can access and manage all of your installed apps, including sharing, uninstalling, and troubleshooting.
Admin users can view and manage installed apps and connectors. All other roles can only view installed apps.
- Create Another Instance of an App
Create another instance of an app when you want to install the same app twice, with two configurations for two different business units. This prevents you from having to go back to the Marketplace to search for and install the app. - Sharing Apps
Share an app from the Installed Solutions page to enable other people to use the apps installed on your workspace. - Add App Pages to Collections
An app page displays a view of an app instance without overriding the app instance’s settings. The name of the app appears as the app’s instance name and can’t be modified. If you want to change the name, go to the app page in the collection. If you must add another app page based on the same instance to the same collection, this can be done in the collection as well. - Uninstall an App
If for some reason you no longer need an app and you want to remove it, you can use the uninstall option.
