Workspace Health Monitoring App

The Workspace Health Monitoring app lets you monitor and handle any processing issues in your Marketing Cloud Intelligence workspace. This app provides a simple, centralized view of your automatic processes running in Marketing Cloud Intelligence. View failed reports, actions, data streams, and workflows, and fix entities by logging a ticket or notifying a colleague about outstanding issues.

Note This app is only available for Marketing Cloud Intelligence Admins. Power users and viewers can’t access this app.

  The Workspace Health Monitoring app provides an overall view of the health of your workspace. View the status of all your data streams, reports, actions, and workflows. If a process fails, take immediate action to fix the failed entity. No setup is required with this app—install it and the app is ready for use.
• Run the Workspace Health Monitoring App
  Get an overall view of your workspace entities with the Workspace Health Monitoring app. View all successful and failed data streams, reports, actions, and workflows. Open an entity to view more details, and then fix an issue by opening a ticket or by sending an email to a colleague informing them of the issue.
• Configure the Workspace Health Monitoring App
  You can customize the information that you display for each entity in the Workspace Health Monitoring app. For example, you can change the tolerance to set the urgency level and register to a daily email service.
