Create Interactive FilterSets

Create Interactive FilterSets

Interactive FilterSets enable admins and power users to save different views of their dashboard page by saving the selections made to the interactive filter widgets. You can also apply interactive FilterSets as a filter option within the dashboard page. For example, if your dashboard page displays all your campaigns around the world but you want viewers to quickly see the most successful campaigns in the US.

REQUIRED USER ROLE
To create Interactive FilterSets Admin and Power User
Note
Note All users can see created FilterSets regardless of their user role and permissions. To clear selected interactive FilterSets, click the options menu when in edit mode, and select Clear Interactive Filters.
  1. Select the values in the interactive filters that you want to save as an interactive FilterSet.
  2. Within the Interactive FilterSet tab on the left, click the + icon to open the Interactive FilterSet Name.
  3. Save your interactive FilterSet with a meaningful and descriptive name.
  4. To save the selections made with the interactive date and interactive compare widgets in the FilterSet, select the Save Date Interactive/Compare Widget dates in filtersets checkbox. Every time the user applies the interactive FilterSet, the date is set according to the date range that was configured in the interactive date and interactive compare widgets when the interactive FilterSet was saved.
    Note
Note If you don’t select this checkbox, the dates selected in the interactive date and interactive compare widgets aren’t saved in the FilterSet. The dashboard page’s default date range is displayed instead.
  5. Save the changes.

After you create FilterSets, you can then apply them to dashboard pages from the Filters tab.
