Create a Scheduled Report for a Dashboard Page

A scheduled report of your dashboard page sends a PNG or PDF file, depending on how you configure the settings.

1. Go to Visualize.
2. Click on the collection, and then select the dashboard page you want to export.
3. Click Share.
4. Select Scheduled Report to be redirected to the Reports tab. A new report is created for you according to the format you selected.
5. To change the export format, select the format you want from the Export format dropdown list. You can schedule dashboard pages to be exported in these formats: PNG, PDF.
6. Under Configuration, the Dashboard and Page are automatically selected for you based on the dashboard page you exported. If you want to export a page that includes Interactive FilterSets, click the Page dropdown, and select the layout that includes the interactive filterset you want to use from the Custom Layouts section. If you want to export a page with interactive filtersets and later edit the widget layout and save new layouts, use Advanced Export.
7. When you’re done defining your report, save it, or click Save & Run to run it.
