Create a LinkedIn Audience
Create an Advertising Audience for LinkedIn in Marketing Cloud Advertising.
LinkedIn requires no fewer than 300 matched users in an audience. As a best practice, build an audience of more than 1000 contacts.
- In Advertising, click Create Audience.
- Enter a name and description.
- If applicable, select an onboarding partner.
- For Destination, select LinkedIn.
- Select an Ad Account.
- Click Save & Close or Configure.
- To select a data source for your audience, click Data Extension.
- From the Configure tab, choose a data extension.
- Click Select.
- Select User or Company for the LinkedIn identifier type.
- Drag the source attribute field from the data extension to the corresponding LinkedIn identifier.
- Click Save and then click Activate.

With Marketing Cloud Advertising, marketers can target and tailor their advertising using company-specific identifiers in LinkedIn.
