Import Facebook Leads into Sales Cloud

Learn how to import leads from Facebook to Sales Cloud using Lead Capture.

1. Navigate to Lead Capture in Sales Cloud from the App Launcher.
2. Click New Task.
3. Click the Facebook icon.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your Facebook login credentials.
6. Click Next.
7. Select a Facebook page.
   You can only select pages you have access to in the dropdown.
8. Click Next.
9. Select one Lead Generation Form.
10. Click Next.
11. Configure the Facebook lead form fields to map to corresponding object fields.
12. Click Next.
13. Review all pages, forms, and sendable fields.
14. Click Submit Lead Capture Task.
