Creating Content in Einstein Copy Insights Using Einstein Generative AI

Use Einstein to generate subject lines and body copy in messages. Test the likelihood of subject line success, and ideate and iterate with colleagues to land on the perfect message content in your preferred language.

Start by entering a key message up to 200 characters in your preferred language, and choose a brand personality. You can also add a sample subject line or copy. Five subject lines or body copy options are created at a time. Select up to three to test, copy, or download.

If you don’t like any options, start over and create five new ones. Iterate on your favorite options until you land on the perfect subject line or body copy. Use the subject line and body copy generators as a whiteboard to brainstorm with your team and get fresh ideas.

Generate content in one of these languages. When you generate content in one language and then choose a different language, the content is revised. The language setting defaults to the culture code set in your user preferences.

Einstein generative AI takes your brand identity created by your Salesforce admin in Einstein Copy Insights Setup and the personality that you choose into account. For example, if you want to promote a new line of summer clothing for children, you can choose a playful personality. Or if your target audience is avid hikers, you can choose an adventurous personality. If you don’t see a personality option that fits your needs, ask your Salesforce admin to add it in Einstein Copy Insights Setup.

In Einstein Copy Insights setup, you can export generative AI data to support your safety compliance efforts. Export comprehensive audits of the past 90 days of generative AI content, including inputs, outputs, and user feedback. Review the audit to ensure alignment with your brand guidelines and consistency across all AI-generated content.
