Set Up a Brand for Generating Content

Define your organization’s brand identity and personality. In addition to the provided Professional and Casual personalities, you can create up to 10 more personalities to match your needs. Einstein generative AI features use the information to create messages that reflect what you want to convey to your customers. You can set any personality as your default.

1. In Setup, go to Platform Tools, Einstein, and select Einstein Copy Insights.
2. Activate Einstein Copy Insights, and enable Einstein Generative AI Features.
3. Under Brand Settings, click Edit.
4. In the text field, describe your brand.
5. (Optional) Associate the brand with a business unit.
6. Select a personality, or select Add Custom to create a brand personality. You can create up to 10 personalities.
7. Save your changes.
