          Contacts Analytics in Contact Builder

          Contacts Analytics shows the status of your contact delete requests via either the Marketing Cloud Engagement Contact Builder app or your REST API calls. Use this dashboard to view four separate types of contact delete statistics. Use this dashboard in your top-level account.

          • Complete—Shows the sum of all contact delete requests made in the specified time period that successfully completed in that same time period.
          • Invalid—Shows the sum of all contact delete requests that contained bad data and didn’t successfully complete. Invalid requests result from errors in REST API requests. For example, errors occur on requests that originate from a child business unit or that don't include one or more ContactKey values. Review your REST API requests for error messages related to these invalid requests.
          • Processing—Shows the sum of all contact delete requests that haven’t concluded at this point.
          • Total—Shows the sum of all contact delete requests initiated in your account during the specified time period.

          Click Day, Week, or Month to view the data for the applicable time period.

          • Day shows request volume and status for the past 24 hours.
          • Week shows request volume and status for the past 7 days.
          • Month shows request volume and status for the past 30 days.

          This dashboard shows real-time data. Refresh the page to update the data shown. If the Contacts Analytics tab is missing from your account, enable Contacts Delete and refresh your page. To review details for each request made during the specified time period, click the bar graph or pie chart
