Edit Contact Attributes in Contact Builder
To edit contact attribute information, use the Contact Builder app for Marketing Cloud Engagement. Make sure that you understand how changing the attribute value affects how this contact interacts with journeys, segmentation, and other attribute-based activities. System-generated attributes aren’t editable.
- In All Contacts, click the contact to edit.
- In the contact record, click the Attributes tab.
- Next to the attribute, click Edit.
- Click Save.
The contact record shows the updated contact attribute value. Values changed in channel apps also show in the Contact Builder record.
