          Pause and Resume Synchronization

          Pause and Resume Synchronization

          Pause the synchronization process in Contact Builder to prevent further updates to the data synchronized from the external data source. Resume the synchronization process to refresh the data with the latest version from the external data source. Any pause or refresh performed in a multi-org environment affects all business units integrated using the same active Salesforce System user.

          1. Click Data Sources.
          2. Click Synchronized.
          3. Click the entity you wish to pause or resume.
          4. To stop the synchronization process, click Pause Sync.
          5. To resume the synchronization process, click Resume Sync.
          6. Click OK.
