Create SMS, push notification, and LINE messages in Marketing Cloud Engagement Content Builder.

  • Create In-App Messages in Content Builder
    Create in-app messages in Content Builder to target your engaged app audiences. Choose from full-page, modal, or banner-style templates in Content Builder, and send using the new In-App activity in Journey Builder.
  • Create LINE Carousel Messages in Content Builder
    A carousel message is a LINE message that can include 10 different messages within one carousel. To create LINE messages, your account must have LINE channels enabled. To learn more about how to get LINE access and channels, contact your Salesforce account executive.
  • Create Multi-Content LINE Messages in Content Builder
    Create multi-content messages in Content Builder and use them in your Journey Builder sends. A multi-content message includes a single video, image, audio, or text message or up to five of these elements in one message.

    Use Content Builder to create session messages to respond to user-initiated conversations. When a user sends a message to your WhatsApp channel, you can respond to them without using a template. Session messages are free-form messages and don’t need approval.
