Creating Messages in Content Builder Using Einstein Generative AI

To generate subject line and body copy options for your Content Builder messages use Einstein generative AI. If you’ve created subject lines or body copy in Einstein Copy Insights, you can copy the text to use in Content Builder and create tailored variations for your audiences.

Start by entering a key message up to 300 characters. Then choose a brand personality, and optionally enter a sample subject line or body copy. If you don’t like the generated options, start over and create another set of options. Iterate on your favorite options until you land on the perfect subject line or body copy.

Different factors can drive your brand personality choices. For example, if you want to promote a new line of summer clothing for children, you can choose a playful personality. Or if your target audience is avid hikers, you can choose an adventurous personality. If you don’t see a personality option that fits your needs, ask your Salesforce admin to add it in Einstein Copy Insights Setup.

If you use the third-party integration with Typeface, drag the content block where you want it, and generate images to accompany your content.
