          Insert a Table

          Insert a Table

          Insert and manage a table in a Content Builder text block in Marketing Cloud.

          1. In the editor window, place your cursor where you want to insert the table.
          2. To display more toolbar controls, click the Expand Toolbar down arrow.
          3. Select Table.
          4. Fill in the following table properties:
            • Rows - The number of rows for the table.
            • Columns - The number of columns for the table.
            • Width - The width of the table as a percentage of the total width of the content area. 100% is the equivalent of full width. Manually resize the entire table using the table handles.
            • Height - The height of the table as a percentage of the total height of the content area. 100% is the equivalent of full height. Manually resize the entire table using the table handles.
            • Cell spacing - The margins around the outside all cells of the table.
            • Cell padding - The cell spacing inside all cells in the table.
            • Headers - The header of the table: None, First Row, First Column, Both
            • Border size - The outside borders and borders for cell of the table.
            • Alignment - The alignment of the text: Left, Center, Right.
            • Caption - The caption displays above the table.
            • Summary - A summary of the content of the table. The summary is not visible in the message and is used by web page readers for the visually impaired.
          5. Click OK.
