Set Content Approval Permissions
Configure approval permissions in Content Builder for Marketing Cloud Engagement.
After you enable the approval process, each email message includes an Approvals Status tab.
- In Engagement, hover over your name and click Setup.
- In the Account dropdown, click Users.
- Select the checkbox next to the user’s name and click Manage Roles.
- Click Edit Permissions.
- For Workflows and Approvals, click the plus sign to show the permission categories.
- Select the permissions you want that user to have.
