Add IP Addresses to Allowlist in Marketing Cloud Connect

If you didn’t use the Marketing Cloud Connect Setup Wizard, follow these steps to manually add IP addresses to your allowlist. The allowlist identifies them as safe and grants access to trusted networks, allowing Marketing Cloud Connect for Marketing Cloud Engagement to communicate across networks.

1. In the Sales or Service Cloud Setup menu, click Security Controls.
2. Click Network Access.
3. Enter the IP address ranges listed here.
4. Save the allowlisted IP address ranges.
