1. Manage Settings
   Configure these settings after installation to enable sending.
2. Map Attribute Fields
   Personalize communications by linking Contact and Lead fields with Engagement attributes.
3. Service Cloud Setup
   If you're using Service Cloud, follow these steps to complete Marketing Cloud Connect integration.
4. Business Unit Management
   Map business units from Engagement Enterprise 2.0 accounts across clouds to enable them in Marketing Cloud Connect.
