          Send a Single Email with Marketing Cloud Connect

          Send a single Marketing Cloud Engagement email from within Sales or Service Cloud through Marketing Cloud Connect.

          1. In Sales or Service Cloud, navigate to a lead, contact, person account, or campaign.
          2. Click Send Marketing Cloud Email.
          3. To access emails, click Find.
          4. Select an email.
          5. Select a From email address.
          6. Select a Reply-to email address.

            Ensure that Reply Mail Management is configured for your account.

          7. If you want to prevent creating subscriber-level tracking for the send, select Disable Individual Level Tracking.
          8. Set the time and date for sending.

            This setting determines the date and time the process starts, not the actual date and time the email is sent. You can update and cancel a scheduled send.

          9. Verify that you have permission to send an email to the recipient.
          10. Send the email.
