CloudPages Permissions
CloudPages supports specific Marketing Cloud Engagement user permissions. Choose whether to assign individual permissions or roles to users who create and manage web content. To support the expected access, you must assign some permissions in pairs or in conjunction with other Engagement permissions.
User Permissions

| View | Open and view content that’s created in CloudPages |

| Edit | Edit and save content and folders |
| Delete | Delete content and folders |
| Publish/Unpublish | Publish and unpublish content for external viewers |
| Content Builder Assets | Perform various tasks when working with files and content blocks in Content Builder |
Roles
A user role combines permissions to address common marketer tasks. Keep in mind that in addition to CloudPages permissions, roles also include Engagement permissions. When assigning roles, consider the principle of least privilege. Each role supports a variety of permissions.

- Administrator—Create users and assign permissions, manage all CloudPages content.
- Channel Manager—Manage all CloudPages content.
- Content Editor—Create and edit CloudPages content.
- Viewer—View CloudPages content.
When you configure sharing, those settings apply to content editors and viewers.
