Create a Personalized URL for a Landing Page

Create a Personalized URL for a Landing Page

When private domains are enabled, you can configure friendly and personalized URLs that help people find your content. A friendly URL can contain recognizable text in any part of the URL. With a personalized URL (PURL), you can customize the URL’s page key to serve dynamic content to the viewer.

To purchase the private domains add-on, contact your account executive. After you configure a private domain, you can edit a landing page’s URL or set up the URL during page creation.

          1. From the folders view in CloudPages, find the landing page that you want to work with, and click Page Properties icon.
          2. Select a domain from the URL dropdown, and enter a readable name in the Site Key field.
          3. To secure your content, toggle on the HTTPS setting.
Serving content over HTTPS requires that your private domain has an SSL certificate configured for CloudPages.
          4. Save your work.
