You can filter the WhatsApp performance dashboard by:
Send date
Business unit
Campaign
WhatsApp business account
WhatsApp channel name
WhatsApp send name
Locale
After you select the filters, click Apply.
The WhatsApp performance dashboard contains these sections:
WhatsApp Sends — A pivot table that shows a view of WhatsApp
performance. Turn on or off these dimensions and measurements: sends, bounce rate, and open
rate.
Breakdowns—An analysis of the selected measurement.
By Day of the Week—A table that shows how the selected measurement
performed for each day of the week. This table can help you determine the best day to optimize
your push notifications.
By Locale—A pie chart that shows the selected measurement divided by
the mobile operating system.
By Conversation type—A table that shows how each measurement
performed per conversation type.
