Add filters to a pivot table to narrow down the data and focus on what’s relevant to
your use case. For example, add a filter to focus on a specific email name instead of all the
emails in the campaign. Or filter by a campaign name to focus on that campaign.

To apply filters to pivot tables:
Create & Edit
Let’s see how to set up a filter for the following scenario: you want to see data only for
campaigns that contains the words ‘Welcome’ or ‘Birthday’, and whose bounce rate was greater
than 60%.
Go to Analytics Builder, select Intelligence Reports.
On the Pivot Tables tab, select the table that you want to apply a filter to.
In the Pivot Table Settings window, under Add Filters, click the
+ icon.
You can also add a filter directly from the column header.
Search for the dimension or measurement that you want to filter by, for example, Campaign.
Use the operators to specify how you want to filter. For our example, select
Contains and enter the value Welcome.
To add another condition, click +Condition. For example, enter
Birthday.
To apply both conditions, use an AND statement. If you want to filter for campaigns that
contain either word, use an OR statement.
To add another filter, click +Add New Filter.
For example, select Email Bounce Rate, set the operator to
Greater Than, and enter 60%.
Save your work.
Here you can see that the filter was set up correctly.
Tip To add a filter to exclude test emails, search for the Test Email Indicator
dimension, and set it to False.
