Create a Data Extension from an Existing Data Extension in Marketing Cloud Engagement

Create a data extension from an existing data extension in Email Studio. Creating a data extension from an existing data extension allows you to copy the fields and their configurations but doesn’t copy the data stored in the data extension itself.

1. Click Subscribers | Data Extensions | Create | Standard Data Extension | Create from Existing.
2. Select the existing data extension.
3. Complete the information in the Properties section.
4. Click Next.
5. Complete the information in the Fields section for each field you want to add.
6. Click Create.
