          Review error codes generated in Email Studio triggered emails.

          Note Some error codes don’t display in the Send Log. You can find some of the error codes in the Not Sent report.
          Error Code Name Description
          1 Unsubscribed Subscriber’s status is unsubscribed.
          2 Held Subscriber’s status is held.
          3 Partner Unsubscribed Subscriber’s status in the partner system is unsubscribed.
          4 Missing Email Address Subscriber doesn’t have an email address.
          5 Invalid Email Address Subscriber’s email address isn’t valid.
          6 Duplicate Email Subscriber’s email address matches another subscriber’s.
          7 Invalid Subscriber ID Provided Invalid subscriber ID.
          8 Missing Subscriber ID Missing the subscriber key and subscriber ID.
          9 Missing Owner ID Missing the ID for the child client account in this enterprise account.
          10 Missing Required Attributes Missing required attributes for the subscriber.
          11 No AllSubscribers List Entry Subscriber isn’t on the AllSubscribers list for the account.
          12 Invalid Owner ID Provided Child client account isn’t a member of the enterprise account.
          13 Subscriber Key Mismatch The stored subscriber key doesn’t match the subscriber key provided. Check the subscriber key you provided against the one in Marketing Cloud Engagement and try again.
          14 Email Address Mismatch The stored email address doesn’t match the email address provided. Check the email address you provided against the one in Marketing Cloud Engagement and try again.
          15 Unspecified Error Subscriber didn’t pass validation. Contact your account executive.
          16 Invalid Attribute Value Subscriber attribute value doesn’t match the attribute type.
          17 Attribute Value Max Length Err Subscriber attribute is too long for the given attribute size limit.
          18 Invalid Attribute Value Count Number of subscriber attributes doesn’t match the expected count.
          19 Missing Required Fields Missing required data extension fields for the subscriber.
          20 Invalid Field Value Data extension field value doesn’t match the field type.
          21 Duplicate Data Extension Row You can’t insert a duplicate row into the triggered send data extension.
          22 Data Extension Insert Failed Failed to insert a row into the triggered send data extension.
          23 Domain Exclusion Subscriber excluded by a domain exclusion list.
          24 List Detective Exclusion Subscriber excluded by List Detective.
          25 Subscriber Blacked Out Subscriber is blocked out. The triggered send will be rescheduled.
          26 Build Email Error An error occurred when attempting to build an email for the subscriber.
          27 Suppression List Exclusion Subscriber excluded by a suppression list.
          28 Opt Out List Exclusion Subscriber excluded by an opt-out list.
          29 Missing Subscriber Key Value Subscriber key value is null or empty.
          30 Subscriber Key Too Long Subscriber key value is too long. Enter a key that is 255 or fewer characters.
          31 List Level Opt Out Subscriber opted out of the list.
          32 Missing SendGroupID Missing required SendGroupID for the subscriber.
          33 Account Level Opt Out Subscriber is globally unsubscribed at the account, enterprise, or business unit level.
          34 Missing Message File Name Missing SMTP subscriber message file name.
          35 Invalid EmailAddressID Missing or invalid EmailAddressID for the subscriber supporting data privacy.
          36 Invalid Business Unit Subscriber isn’t a member of the enterprise business unit and is excluded by the business unit filter.
          37 Queued Transaction Deleted Message’s queued transaction is deleted.
          38 Invalid SalesforceID Invalid SalesforceID for the subscriber key. Don’t use case-sensitive SFID values because SalesforceIDs aren’t case-sensitive.
          39 Subscriber Queue Cleared Queued unsent subscribers are cleared from the queue.
          40 Subscriber Deleted Subscriber or contact is deleted and can’t be added to Engagement.
          41 Duplicate Subscriber Subscriber is a duplicate of a recent send.
          42 Restricted For Processing Subscriber or contact is restricted for processing.
          43 Subscriber Request Expired Expired triggered send request to the subscriber or contact.
          44 Unprovisioned Country Subscriber's mobile number has an unprovisioned country code.
          45 Invalid Mobile Number Subscriber's mobile number isn’t valid.
          46 Message Render Failure Subscriber's message didn’t render properly.
          47 Address Not Found Subscriber's mobile address not found.
          48 Send Failure Message to the Subscriber failed to send.
          49 Message Expired Message has expired and can’t be sent at the current time.
          50 Invalid Send Time Data Request has invalid send time data and can’t be sent.
          51 Message Too Long Message is too long and can’t be sent.
          52 Message Too Short Message is too short and can’t be sent.
          53 Invalid Character for Encoding Message contains characters that are invalid for the specified encoding.
          54 Validation Error There’s a validation error when evaluating the message.
          55 Feedback Loop Message is configured such that it could result in a feedback sending loop and won’t be sent.
          56 Token Resolution Failure Request to resolve a token to a destination address failed.
          57 Decryption Failure Attempt to decrypt a field failed.
          100 Error An error occurred when building the email for the subscriber.
          101 Failure Failed to send email to the subscriber.
          102 Excluded Excluded by the send-time filter.
          103 Message Build Error An error occurred when building the subscriber message.
          104 Recursive Script Error A submitted script contains a self-reference that can lead to an infinite recursion.
          105 Invalid Send Time Data Error Invalid send-time data XML.
          106 Missing Send Data Extension Source Row Error Missing source row for the subscriber in the data extension send source.
          107 Missing Subscriber Data Error Missing members_ source row.
          108 Missing List Subscriber Data Error Missing tblListSub source row.
          109 Missing Subscriber Key Error Missing subscriber key.
          110 Invalid Email Address Error Invalid subscriber email address.
          111 Script RaiseError Subscriber is excluded by a RaiseError function call.
          112 Empty HTTPGet Return Error An HTTPGet request for the subscriber returned an empty result.
          113 Empty HTTPGet Function Return Error An HTTPGet function request for the subscriber returned an empty result.
          114 Missing SFID Error Missing subscriber’s Salesforce ID.
          115 Missing SF Data Error Missing subscriber’s Salesforce data.
          116 Missing SF Subscriber Data Error Missing subscriber’s SF Subscriber row.
          117 Could Not Resolve Secure Email Token The account is configured for secure email addresses, but the secure email address token for the subscriber couldn’t be resolved.
          118 Global Unsub Email address is on the Global Unsub list.
          119 Partner Unsub Email address is on the Partner Unsub list.
          120 List Detective Exclusion Email address was excluded by List Detective.
          121 Processed By Paired Member The alternate job in the highly available job pair processed the subscriber.
          122 SMTP File Not Found Can’t find file containing the subscriber’s SMTP message.
          123 SMTP File IO Error Can’t read file containing the subscriber’s SMTP message.
          124 SMTP File Format Error Invalid format for the file containing the subscriber’s SMTP message. Use a valid format.
          125 Decryption Failed Can’t decrypt an encrypted field on the sendable data extension.
          126 Message Volume Limit Exceeded Exceeded account email volume limit. Can’t process subscriber.
          127 Empty Subject The resolved email subject for the subscriber is empty.
          128 Resolved Email Body Too Short The resolved email body for the subscriber is too short.
          129 Phone Number Validation Failed Phone number failed validation at send time.
          130 Payload Exceeds Maximum Payload is too large.
          131 Link Data Exceeds Maximum Size Compressed job subscriber link data is too large. Link database storage capacity is 256,000.
          132 Invalid CC Email Address Error Invalid resolved CC email address for the subscriber.
          133 Invalid BCC Email Address Error Invalid resolved BCC email address for the subscriber.
          134 Subscriber Deleted Can’t send because subscriber or contact is being processed for deletion.
          135 Restricted For Processing Can’t send because subscriber or contact is restricted for processing.
          136 Subscriber Key Mismatch Subscriber key or contact key doesn’t match the send data extension subscriber key.
          137 Subscriber ID Mismatch Subscriber ID or contact ID doesn’t match the send data extension subscriber ID.
          138 Exceeded Expiration Policy

          Expired triggered send request to the subscriber or contact after 72 hours have passed from the time the request is written to the triggered send queue.

          139 Timedout In Queue Triggered send request to the subscriber or contact has timed out while waiting in the queue.
          140 Unverified From Email Address Unverified From email address.
          141 V2 Triggered Send Deleted From Queue Subscriber deleted by the CLEAR_TS_QUEUE slot worker.
          1000 Unsubscribed List Subscriber excluded from the send because subscriber is unsubscribed from the list.
          1010 Unsubscribed Master Subscriber excluded from the send because subscriber is unsubscribed from the client All Subscribers list.
          1020 Unsubscribed Global Subscriber excluded from the send because subscriber is globally unsubscribed from Marketing Cloud Engagement.
          1030 Held Subscriber excluded from send because subscriber is in held status.
          1040 Deleted Subscriber excluded from send because subscriber is deleted.
