            Known Issues

            There are a small number of known issues that are specific to Enterprise 2.0 accounts in Marketing Cloud Engagement.

            • Collecting data using surveys isn’t supported in Enterprise 2.0 business units.
            • If you migrate your account from Enterprise 1.0 to Enterprise 2.0, SFTP users that were created before the migration are deactivated. To continue using SFTP, re-create your SFTP user accounts in your Enterprise 2.0 account.
