View Tracking History
You can view tracking history for sends in Email Studio.
To view tracking history:
- Click the Tracking tab.
- Click my tracking.
- Select the job to view.
- Click any of the unique number links on the Overview tab to see the list of subscribers for that link.
- Select the checkbox beside the subscriber to view.
- Click View History.
A dialog box opens in a fifth tab named History. History tab displays the selected subscriber's activities over the last 90 days including:
- Date: the date a subscriber action occurred
- Activity: the type of action
- Email: the email on which the action was taken
Select an activity and click Details to drill down to more information.
