Create an Account Activity in Journey Builder
Create a Sales or Service Cloud account activity in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- In Journey Builder, drag the Object activity onto the canvas and click Configure.
- Select Create New.

Select fields from the Account object and assign them values.
Use static values, Marketing Cloud Engagement attributes, or fields from other Sales or Service Cloud objects.
- Enter a name, and save your changes.
