          Journey Builder High-Throughput Sending

          You can enable HTS for an individual journey in Journey Settings. After you activate HTS in a journey, it can't be deactivated for that specific journey. You can also ask your admin to turn on default HTS for all new journeys in a business unit.

          If you don’t see the HTS setting in your account, contact your account representative.

          Using HTS can impact some tracking and sending features in Journey Builder, including but not limited to:

          Feature HTS Impact
          Analytics Reports for Journey Builder The Journey Builder Email Send Summary and Journey Builder Email Send Summary By Day reports don’t track emails sent with HTS, but the metrics are available in Journey Builder Analytics and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
          Email Activity Error Handling When a subscriber errors or is suppressed from an email activity, they remain in the journey but don’t receive an email. 
          Email Activity Send Error Troubleshooting HTS email errors aren’t listed in Journey History. To review HTS email errors, open the journey canvas and click the relevant email activity. Click View Details, and go to the Not Sent tab. You can also see which subscribers weren’t sent HTS emails by using the Not Sent Extract.
          Email Studio Tracking Folders for Journeys These folders aren’t created when HTS is enabled, but the metrics are available in Journey Builder Analytics and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
          Field-Level Encryption You can’t use HTS if field-level encryption is enabled.
          Message Priority When HTS is enabled, message priority isn’t recognized.
          Triggered Send Subscriber Error Thresholds HTS doesn’t recognize configured subscriber error thresholds.
