View a Contact's Journey History in a Journey
You can view a contact’s journey history on the journey canvas. Results are shown for the previous 30 days by default.
Use Contact Builder to find the contact’s Contact Key value.
From the journey canvas:
- Click the History tab in Journey Builder.

Enter the contact’s Contact Key value in the search box, and click
.
Tip To narrow search results, add a filter to select by journey name, activity, status, or date range. Click to expand the filter criteria, then select the filter value to use.
- View Rejected Contacts
Follow these steps in Journey Builder to view a list of contacts that weren’t accepted into a journey.
