          Edit a WhatsApp Template Message

          Edit a WhatsApp Template Message

          After you edit a template message, resubmit it for approval. It can take up to 24 hours to receive a response.

          1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement, from the dropdown list for your active WhatsApp Business account, select Message Templates.
          2. In WhatsApp Business Manager, select the message template that you want to edit.
          3. Edit the template’s content.
          4. To add a sample variable value or image, select the media type and upload your sample.
            The sample appears only in the template preview. To add the file to your template message, go to Content Builder and follow the steps for adding a header in Create a WhatsApp Template Message for Approval in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
          5. Click Submit.

          If your template approval is pending for more than 48 hours, contact Salesforce Support.
