          Add Stickers to a WhatsApp Message

          Strengthen your brand by adding static or animated stickers to your WhatsApp messages. For example, if a customer makes a purchase, send a branded sticker to acknowledge their order. Customers can also download and forward stickers, increasing brand awareness.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To create messages: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Channel Manager, or Marketing Cloud Content Editor/Publisher
          To manage journeys: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Channel Manager, or Marketing Cloud Content Editor/Publisher
          Note
          Note Sticker messages are supported only in accounts with Unified Messaging. For more information, contact your Account Executive.
          1. In Content Builder, select Create | Chat Messaging | WhatsApp Session Message.
          2. For Message Type, select Sticker.
          3. Enter the sticker’s URL.
            The format must be .webp. The maximum size for an animated sticker is 500 KB, and 100 KB for a static sticker.
          4. In the Display Preview, review the message.
          5. Save your changes.

          After you create a session message, add it to a journey.
