Configure Agentforce with Marketing Intelligence: Paid Media Agent (Beta)
Use Marketing Intelligence with Agentforce to improve ad performance by
identifying underperforming ads based on industry benchmarks. Manage budget distribution
effectively and optimize campaigns without manually tracking multiple reports and dashboards. The
agent recommends which ads to pause and can automatically pause them in certain
channels.
Required Editions
Note Paid Media Optimization Agent is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta
Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot
Agreement if executed by Customer, and the Non-GA Credit Consumption, Non-GA Gen AI, and the
Non-GA Open AI LLM Provider terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta
service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

with the Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Service, or Einstein Platform add-ons, and in
