Create a Data Enrichment with Einstein

Use Einstein to draft and refine enrichments to standardize and harmonize data for consistency and improved segmentation. Einstein Data Enrichment unifies variations, fills in missing details, and categorizes data. For example, it normalizes entries like facebook, FACEBOOK, and FaceBook into a consistent format, improving data accuracy and organization.

Required Editions

Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
User Permissions Needed
To draft data enrichments with Einstein: Marketing Intelligence Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Marketing Intelligence.
  2. On the Data Management tab, select Data Enrichment.
  3. Click New Enrichment and then select Enrich with Einstein.
  4. Select a data space, name the enrichment, select the dimension, add an optional description, and then click Next.
  5. Select the relevant Einstein use case and click Next.
    • Data Normalization—Standardizes formats and values across datasets to reduce redundancy and improve integrity.

    • Grouping—Organizes data into categories or clusters for easier analysis and identifying patterns.

  6. To edit the enrichment or add instructions, enter them in the canvas and click Refine.
  7. To specify how a raw value appears in your data, expand Enrichment Properties and edit the values.
  8. Preview your data, and click Create.

Enriched data is available in the Data Enrichment tab for reporting and visualizations in dashboards
