          Set Up Marketing Intelligence

          Setting up Marketing Intelligence in Marketing Cloud Next involves activating Data 360 and Tableau Next, deploying the semantic data model, and installing the app. You can also customize some of the settings.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Marketing Intelligence: Marketing Intelligence Admin
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Marketing Intelligence.
          2. Complete the prerequisites.
            1. On the Setup Prerequisites tab, enable Data 360.
            2. Enable Tableau Next.
          3. Complete the installation requirements.
            1. On the Installation Requirements tab, install a Tableau Next workspace.
            2. Deploy the data space required for your workspace.
            3. Enable Marketing Intelligence.

            The app installs in the background and can take a few minutes to complete.

          4. (Optional) Apply advanced settings.
            1. Go to the Advanced Settings tab.
            2. To tailor your reports and summaries to industry benchmarks, select a business type and industry.
            3. To generate campaign performance summaries, enable Einstein LLM Gateway.
            4. To generate conversion event reports, complete the Campaign Attribution setup. See Set Up Einstein Attribution.
            5. To set up Segment Performance, select a Salesforce org and then click Install. If you don’t have an org connected, see Salesforce CRM Connector.
          5. Review the beta features.
            1. Go to the Feature Manager tab.
            2. Enable the features that you want to add to Marketing Intelligence.
            3. Accept the beta terms and conditions.
          6. From the App Launcher, find and select Marketing Intelligence and start adding data to your app.
