Set Up Marketing Intelligence
Setting up Marketing Intelligence in Marketing Cloud Next involves activating Data 360 and Tableau Next, deploying the semantic data model, and installing the app. You can also customize some of the settings.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Marketing Intelligence.

Complete the prerequisites.
- On the Setup Prerequisites tab, enable Data 360.
- Enable Tableau Next.

Complete the installation requirements.
- On the Installation Requirements tab, install a Tableau Next workspace.
- Deploy the data space required for your workspace.
- Enable Marketing Intelligence.
The app installs in the background and can take a few minutes to complete.

(Optional) Apply advanced settings.
- Go to the Advanced Settings tab.
- To tailor your reports and summaries to industry benchmarks, select a business type and industry.
- To generate campaign performance summaries, enable Einstein LLM Gateway.
- To generate conversion event reports, complete the Campaign Attribution setup. See Set Up Einstein Attribution.
- To set up Segment Performance, select a Salesforce org and then click Install. If you don’t have an org connected, see Salesforce CRM Connector.

Review the beta features.
- Go to the Feature Manager tab.
- Enable the features that you want to add to Marketing Intelligence.
- Accept the beta terms and conditions.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Marketing Intelligence and start adding data to your app.
- Set Up Marketing Intelligence Attribution
Set up campaign attribution in Marketing Intelligence by connecting CRM data and selecting an identity resolution ruleset. This lets you measure conversions and attribute impact across campaigns. - Enable Marketing Intelligence Features
You can enable Marketing Intelligence features using the Feature Manager. This screen is visible only when there are one or more features to enable or disable. - Enable Data Governance Permissions for Objects in Marketing Intelligence
To use Data 360 Data Governance features for Marketing Intelligence, grant access to objects according to an access policy.
