Create a HELP Keyword

Create one or more HELP keywords for MobileConnect in Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Note For a private short or long code, use any keyword. For a shared short or long code, use a keyword other than HELP. If the keyword is already in use for that shared short or long code, use another keyword.

1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
2. Search for MobileConnect.
3. To create a HELP keyword, click the short or long code.
4. Click Create HELP Keyword. To edit existing HELP keywords, click Edit for Account HELP.
5. Click Create.
6. Enter the HELP keyword and the name of your company. The company name is for users who must choose from multiple companies on a shared short or long code.
7. Enter the help message.
8. Save the keyword.
