          Manage SMS Bounces

          An SMS message is marked as a bounce when delivery fails. It’s caused by incorrect or inactive mobile numbers, roaming outside the service area, network issues, blocked sender IDs, or messages flagged as spam.

          To reduce bounces and maintain SMS data hygiene, check for numbers that result in bounces and remove them. To enhance deliverability, update your list regularly to eliminate or reconfirm inactive or consistently bouncing numbers.
