            Set Up DLT Template Settings

            To use a DLT template for SMS messaging, upload the template to MobileConnect in CSV format and provide the Principal Entity ID (PEID). The PEID is a unique identifier that the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) provides when the principal entity is registered.

            Note
            Note Make sure to upload a valid template. An outdated DLT template status may cause errors and message failures.
            1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
            2. Search for MobileConnect.
            3. On the DLT Template Settings tile, add or select the PEID from the drop-down.
            4. To upload the approved template, click Upload.
            5. Select the CSV file.
            6. Click Done.

            After you upload the template, use it in the Outbound message field. See Use DLT Template in an SMS Message.
