Account Login Access
Enable Account Login Access to give Salesforce Support permission to log in to your account to configure features or troubleshoot problems.
This feature is enabled by default at the account level, but you can also enable it at the user level so that Support can impersonate a specific user. This feature can be enabled for an amount of time that you specify. At the end of the specified period, Salesforce Support loses the ability to log in to your account. You can also manually revoke access at any time.

Allow a Salesforce Customer Support agent to access your Marketing Cloud Engagement user account so that they can diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
