            Enable Users to Grant Account Login Access

            Allow your users to give Salesforce Customer Support agents login access to their Marketing Cloud Engagement accounts.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To enable user account login access Admin
            1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement setup, in the Quick Find box, enter security, and then select Security Settings.
            2. Click Edit.
            3. Select Allow Users to Grant Account Login Access for Support.
            4. Click Save.

            After an admin enables this feature, users can grant Salesforce Customer Support agents access to their accounts.
