          Enable the Login IP Allowlist

          Enable the Login IP Allowlist

Turn on the IP Allowlisting feature for your Marketing Cloud Engagement account. When you enable this feature, you can add IP addresses to the allowlist for your account. This setting is disabled by default, but an admin can enable it.

          1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement setup, in the Quick Find box, enter security, and then click Security Settings.
          2. Click Edit.
          3. For Restrict Logins by IP Address (IP Allowlisting), select a setting. Choose from these options.
            Option Description
IP Allowlisting Disabled Users can log in from any IP address. The Access Log doesn’t track login attempts based on their IP address. This setting is the default.
Log Allowlist Violations Users can log in from any IP address. The Access Log tracks login attempts from IP addresses that aren’t on the allowlist.
Log Violations and Deny Access Users can log in only from IP addresses on the allowlist. The Access Log tracks login attempts from IP addresses that aren’t on the allowlist.
          4. Click Save.

After you enable this feature, add IP addresses or ranges to the allowlist.

          Important
Important If you select Log Violations and Deny Access, you must add at least one IP address or range to your allowlist before you log out. If you don’t add an IP address, you’re unable to log in to your account.
