          Enable User Login Access

          Allow a Salesforce Customer Support agent to access your Marketing Cloud Engagement user account so that they can diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

          To use this feature, an admin must enable user account login access.

          1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement setup, in the Quick Find box, enter users, and then select Users.
          2. Select your user account.
          3. Click Grant Account Login Access.
          4. For Access Duration, specify how long the agent can remain logged into your account.
          5. Click Save.
