Supported and Unsupported Browsers
Marketing Cloud Engagement supports these browsers:
- Latest version of Google Chrome™
- Latest version of Firefox™
- Latest version of Microsoft Edge™
We don’t guarantee full functionality for these browsers:
- Safari®
We don’t support these browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer™ 11 or earlier
- Any version of Internet Explorer in compatibility mode
- Any version of Microsoft Edge released before 2019
- Opera 12™ or earlier1
Screen Resolution
We recommend a minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 pixels for interacting with Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Recommendations and Requirements for All Browsers
To use Marketing Cloud Engagement, set your browser to accept first-party and third-party cookies. If cookies are disabled and you attempt to log in to the application, you’re returned to the login page with no error message.
Configure your browser to check for newer versions of cached pages automatically. This step prevents errors related to outdated cached information.
Some components of Email Studio open in a new window. To ensure full functionality, configure your browser to allow popup windows that originate from your Marketing Cloud Engagement subdomain.
Mixed Content Errors
Secure private image domains using HTTPS and SSL certificates. Marketing Cloud Engagement can’t load images from unsecured domains. For more information, see Marketing Cloud - Chrome Blocking Mixed Content.
