Configure an Auto Account Onboarding Journey
Onboard a new car buyer while verifying their customer information. Drive personalized and targeted content in future communications with this Package Manager solution.
Before you start, deploy the Auto Account Onboarding solution.

To support personalization, customize the data extension with your customer data.
- In Contact Builder, select Data Extensions.
- Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
- Select the 1 OEM Welcome Data data extension, and add your customer’s data to the relevant fields.

Rename the Auto Account Onboarding journey.
- Open Journey Builder and select Folders.
- Select the folder that you deployed to, and then select Auto Account Onboarding.
- Rename the journey to reflect your brand.
- To change the entry source from the default 1 OEM Welcome Data data extension, select the Data Extension entry event.
- To schedule when your entry event runs, click Schedule.
- To customize and test all the emails in the journey, use the instructions in the email templates.
- Review the Welcome & Verify Email 1b and Welcome & Verify Email 1c emails and make sure that the decision splits use the Clicks metric.
- Set a goal for your journey, and then activate it.
