          Configure an Auto Service Reminder Journey

          Remind a customer who purchased a vehicle to schedule service appointments with this Package Manager solution.

          Before you start, deploy the Auto Service Reminder solution.

          1. To support personalization, customize the data extension with your customer data.
            1. In Contact Builder, select Data Extensions.
            2. Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
            3. Select the DLR Service Data data extension, and add your customer's data to the relevant fields.
          2. Rename the Auto Service Reminder journey.
            1. Open Journey Builder and select Folders.
            2. Select the folder that you deployed to, and then select Auto Service Reminder.
            3. Rename the journey to reflect your brand.
          3. To change the entry source from the default DLR Service Data data extension, select the Data Extension entry event.
          4. To schedule when your entry event runs, click Schedule.
          5. To customize and test all the emails in the journey, use the instructions in the email templates.
          6. Ensure that your appointment booking landing page updates the Service_Scheduledfield in the Service Scheduled decision split.
          7. Set a goal for your journey, and then activate it.
