Configure a Health and Life Science Onboarding Journey

Simplify renewal of financial service subscriptions or memberships with this Package Manager solution.

1. Add subscriber data to personalize the message.
   1. In Contact Builder, select Data Extensions.
   2. Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
   3. Select the Subscriber Data data extension, and add your subscriber data to the relevant fields.
2. Open Journey Builder to configure the journey.
3. Rename the journey.
   1. In Journey Builder, select Folders.
   2. In the folder that you deployed the solution to, select Health and Life Science Welcome and Onboarding.
   3. Rename the journey to reflect your campaign.
4. If you don’t want to use the default entry source, select the Data Extension entry event.
5. Click Schedule and specify how often to run the journey.
6. Customize and test all the emails in the journey using the instructions in the email templates.
   You can use the Thank You for Verifying CloudPage for registration confirmation.
7. Set a goal for your journey.
8. Activate the journey.
