Configure a Retail Re-Engagement Journey
Drive engagement with customers who haven't interacted with your brand in a while with this Package Manager solution.
Before you start, deploy the Retail Re-Engagement solution.

To support personalization, customize the data extension with your customer data.
- In Contact Builder, select Data Extensions.
- Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
- Select the Re-Engage After 30 Days No Purchase data extension, and add your customer’s data to the relevant fields.

Rename the Retail Post Purchase journey.
- Open Journey Builder and select Folders.
- Select the folder that you deployed to, and then select Retail Re-Engagement.
- Rename the journey to reflect your brand.
- To schedule when your entry event runs, click Schedule.
- To configure changes to the split or winner evaluation, select Test Split.
- To customize and test all the emails in the journey, use the instructions in the email templates.
- Ensure that your purchase data populates the PurchaseDate field in the contact record for the Purchased? decision split.
- Set a goal for your journey, and then activate it.
