          Reset a Forgotten Password

          Complete these steps to reset a forgotten password for your Marketing Cloud Engagement account.

          1. At the login screen, enter your username and click Next.
          2. Click Forgot Your Password.
          3. Enter your email address and click Next.
          4. Authenticate your login with an email security code or multi-factor authentication (MFA) token, and then click Next.
          5. Answer the security question and click Next.
          6. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click Finish.
