          Reset a User's Password

          Reset a User's Password

          A Marketing Cloud Engagement admin can reset the passwords and security questions for multiple users at the same time.

          1. Select one or more users in your account.
          2. Click Reset Passwords.
          3. Click Reset.

          When that user attempts to log in, they're prompted to set a new password and new security questions and answers.
