Grant Salesforce Customer Support Access to Personalization
You can authorize the support team to log in to your site to assist with support
issues. You can select the duration of access up to 1 year. The duration period starts as soon
as you grant access.

To grant support team access:
Administrator permissions
From the main navigation, select Security | Grant Access.
Under Support Team Access:
Enter the number of days, weeks, months, or years.
From the dropdown, select Day,
Week, Month, or
Year.
The duration period starts when you grant access. For example, if you grant
access for 1 day, the support team loses access exactly 24 hours after you
grant access.
Click GRANT.
