          Block Internal Traffic from Logs

You can block internal traffic and behavior from Marketing Cloud Personalization’s logs. For example, you can block internal users who log in to your customer's portals, such Customer Success employees logging in for training. Blocking is by user ID, which can differ from username and email address.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
To block internal traffic: A role with Administrator permissions
          1. From the bottom section of the main navigation, select Settings | User Blocklist.
          2. Enter a user ID into the field.
            Note
            Note User IDs are case-insensitive.
          3. Click Add User ID. The user ID appears in the User ID table.
            Note
Note Personalization stops tracking the users from the moment you add them to the blocklist. Data recorded before the block can’t be removed.
