You can block internal traffic and behavior from Marketing Cloud Personalization’s
logs. For example, you can block internal users who log in to your customer's portals, such
Customer Success employees logging in for training. Blocking is by user ID, which can differ
from username and email address.

To block internal traffic:
A role with Administrator permissions
From the bottom section of the main navigation, select Settings | User Blocklist.
Enter a user ID into the field.
Note User IDs are case-insensitive.
Click Add User ID. The user ID appears in the User ID
table.
Note Personalization stops tracking the users from the moment you add them to the
blocklist. Data recorded before the block can’t be removed.
